2017 is a Wrap

We made it through another year with lots of adventures and fun!  As we head into 2018, we wanted to focus on the fun and great things from 2017.

These are our favorite posts from each month...in case you missed them!

We started the year with a fabulous dinner at Stock Hill restaurant. In February, we Brunched!  We had a fantastic time enjoying live music and all things brunch.  In fact, we will be returning this year-grab a ticket and we will see you there!  There was a lot of travel in March and April...Kristi and Steph went to Ireland and then Vegas!  Talk about some great trips!  We all went to Colorado in April...all you need is a jean jacket and a dream for shredding the mountains!  We stayed more local in May, but it was anything BUT boring.  We went to a really fun Derby Party at Saddle and Sirloin and christened the pig grill all in one weekend!  We like to mix it up every once in awhile and throw in some posts to help you get to know us better.  That is what we did in June with this Q&A post.

We decided to be a little bold and try dysport for the first time in July.  Down with wrinkles...and thank goodness no one needs to go on Botched!  Andrea and Leslie headed to Colorado again in August for some non-snow fun.  Then we (and our 24 best friends) all went to Destin for a crazy fun filled week in September!  October=fall...which means it is time for pumpkins and fall beers.  We tried them all!  Our friend Shauna always throws great theme parties and this year was no exception...roaring 20's...yes, please!  Everyone really got into it and looked fabulous!  Which way to the speak easy?  Last, but certainly not least is December...so many fun things!!  Who doesn't love Elf though?  And on a GIANT screen?!?!?  (Wine and a delicious dinner at Pierpont's just add to the experience.)

We made some resolutions in 2017...how did we do on the resolutions?

Leslie: Get out of comfort zone at least once per month.  I'm not sure that I made it once per month...I tried, but probably failed on many accounts.  I do feel like I have succeeded in unexpected places.  I put myself out there a lot more at work, but would love to get out and try more new things! Aka-Unfiltered Adventures

Andrea: Be more involved with work on national level.  She presented at the Apartment Association National Convention this year on how to reach Millennials....so I’d call that a success!

Kristi-Be more proactive in my every day life. The 2017 resolution makes me laugh. I think I was more proactive in 2017 (thanks to UA) but not in the way I meant it.  I need to be more proactive in doing the things I don't want to do - clean, organize, maintain...not just doing every activity under the sun :)  Although, I know that likely won't happen as those things just aren't as fun!

Stephanie: Sell my house, read more than 1 book this year, cut the cable cord (once shows end this summer), and grow a more robust garden this year & crush it. Sell house-check, read more than 1 book-finishing the second now...so yes!, cut cable and garden-cable doesn’t count now that she sold her old house, but the garden was a go before selling the house, crush it-obviously!!

Of course we are all ready to jump back on the healthy train and get back into our workout routines!  Well, it's the holidays so that is a recurring theme...

Until 2018 friends!  I hope you have a FABULOUS and ADVENTUROUS New Year's Eve!!!
