This past weekend we celebrated Leslie & Billy's birthdays. Friday night called for a fancy dinner. It was our first time checking out Eddie V's on the Plaza. We enjoyed oysters, champagne and rose tastings, seafood delicacies and of course our go to Meiomi Pinot Noir. We all enjoyed our meal and the service was excellent. Eddie V's will be a great addition to our special occasion favorites. When you go definitely order the lobster mashed potatoes and crab fried rice. You won't be disappointed.
After dinner a crab, a monkey, a parrot and a flamingo walked into a bar...nothing happened, we all needed to get rested up for the next day of celebrating.
The birthday celebrations continued Saturday. We partied like it was 1999. Literally, we were enjoying deliciously crisp and refreshing Zima. Want to know what bad decisions taste like? Have a Zima and don't forget the Jolly Rancher.
Ain't no party like a Daniels Pool Party. We had good eats, good friends and lots of fun. We even managed to wear the pups out. Allow me to introduce Rylee the newest addition to the Daniels family. She and Sullivan are bonding and turns out Rylee likes the booze. She fits in perfectly with the crew.
There were even yard games! Look how serious they were about playing washers. They were having the time of their lives until they lost the washers. So many people searching, still no luck finding them.
A successful weekend full of birthday celebrations. I guess some of us really can have our cake and eat it too.
Until next time Adventurers!
